Step 4: Ordering and Payment

To generate and process and order payment is done via bank transfer (it can be done in Mex Pesos or in US Dollars) for the full quoted amount of the order.  For large projects, payment schedules can be arranged based on delivery milestones.

Step 5: Delivery & Logistics

Once your order is finalized, we arrange for delivery to your construction site. We coordinate with you to ensure that the products arrive on time and in optimal condition. Our logistics team provides regular updates, so you know exactly when to expect your materials. For remote locations, we offer special shipping solutions to ensure prompt delivery anywhere in Mexico.

Step 6: Installation & Support

After delivery, ICF MEXICO offers on-site technical support for a preestablished fee or free remote technical support during the installation process. Our team is available to guide your construction crew on how to properly assemble and install the ICF systems for maximum efficiency and structural integrity. In some cases, if you prefer, we can also connect you with contractors who are familiar with ICF construction.
