ICF MEXICO

Screen Grid ICF blocks consist of two parallel EPS foam panels joined by EPS connectors.
These connectors create vertical (columns) and horizontal (beams) cavities within the EPS panels. Vertical and horizontal rebar is placed in these voids, which are then filled with concrete to form a structural grid or reinforced concrete frame structure within the wall.

  • Linear Block Dimensions:

    • L 47.24" x T 11.81" x W 5.91"

    • Core: 3.15"

    • Voids: 3.15" x 4"

    • Core: 3.15"

    • Voids: 3.15" x 4"

  • Total Block Width: 6"

  • R-Value: R-24+

  • Side Panel Thickness: 1.3"

  • ICF Blocks per m² (10.76 f2): 2.77

  • Concrete per m²: 0.072 yd3

  • Concrete Type: f'c 200 kg/cm²

  • Aggregate: 3/8" or smaller seal or gravel

  • Additional Notes:

  • R-value:

    • This is a measure of thermal resistance.

    • A higher R-value indicates better insulation.

  • f'c 150 kg/cm²:

    • This is the compressive strength of the concrete.

  • Slump:

    • This is a measure of the consistency of the concrete.
