The ICF StrongTop Roof and Floor system allows the configuration of a permanent formwork system for ribbed slabs integrated into the compression layer of the system, forming a monolithic reinforced concrete diaphragm.

The system is manufactured with high-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) and is structured with two stamped posts of galvanized steel G60 type “C” section, gauge 22, separated by 30 cm. Due to its modular design, when the panels are joined, a cavity is formed to place prefabricated reinforcements with steel F’y=5000 kg/cm2 or prepared steel of F’y=4200 kg/cm2.

EPS has a flame retardant agent that does not propagate flame.
