The ICF StrongTop M1 Roof and Floor system allows the configuration of a permanent formwork system for ribbed slabs integrated into the compression layer of the system, forming a monolithic reinforced concrete diaphragm.
The system is manufactured with expanded polystyrene (EPS) and is structured with two stamped galvanized steel posts, G60 type “C” section, 22 gauge, spaced 30 cm apart. Its modular design allows for the installation of prefabricated reinforcements made of steel with a yield strength (F'y) of 5000 kg/cm² or prepared steel with a yield strength (F'y) of 4200 kg/cm². It features a fire-retardant agent that does not propagate flame. Available thicknesses: 7", 8", 10", 11.4", and 12.6".
