Precision-manufactured off-site (at the plant) according to project specifications, each panel is numbered and delivered ready to assemble on-site (at the job site). StrongWall™ eliminates the slow processes, waste, and quality variability of traditional CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) or brick construction.

Each panel integrates structure, thermal insulation, and an acoustic barrier into a single component.

From the drawings and factory fabrication to delivery and installation, our assembly process replaces the guesswork and rework of traditional construction with planned precision, simplified handling, and fast execution.

The system consists of a "kit" of panels that are manufactured using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam, a standard construction and insulating material. The panels are designed and manufactured to match the height of the wall being constructed. Each panel contains voids (or cavities) that are filled with concrete on-site. The voids define the final geometry of the concrete within the walls.

The applied reinforcing system acts as the primary vertical structural reinforcement component of the wall system. The concrete geometry inside the formwork (or forms) is not a solid, continuous concrete wall, but a wall with a continuous #4 rebar-reinforced concrete bond beam (or continuous lintel) at the top, a continuous unreinforced concrete base beam (or grade beam) at the bottom, and regularly spaced concrete columns (or vertical studs) connecting the top and bottom beams.

Once the concrete is poured and cures within the wall, the forms stay in place, functioning as high-performance insulation, mounting surfaces for exterior and interior finishes, and as a weather-resistive barrier (WRB).

The system is ideal for residential housing, multi-family and commercial projects seeking greater efficiency, lower maintenance, and better thermal and acoustic comfort.
