Product Overview

Prefabricated walls for building envelopes and partition walls. From blueprints and factory manufacturing to delivery and installation, our assembly process replaces the guesswork and labor of traditional construction with precise planning, simplified handling, and rapid execution. The system consists of a kit of panels manufactured using expanded polystyrene (EPS), a standard building and thermal insulation material.

The panels are designed and manufactured to match the height of the wall to be built. Each panel contains voids (or cells) that are filled with concrete on-site. These voids define the final geometry of the concrete within the walls.

The applied reinforcement system acts as the primary vertical structural reinforcement component of the wall system.

The geometry of the concrete within the formwork is not a continuous, solid concrete wall, but rather a wall with a continuous reinforced concrete tie beam (or cap beam) at the top, a continuous unreinforced concrete footing (or strip footing) at the bottom, and regularly spaced concrete columns connecting the upper and lower beams.

Once the concrete is poured and hardens within the wall, the formwork remains in place, functioning as high-performance insulation, mounting surfaces for exterior and interior finishes, and a weather-resistant barrier.

The system is ideal for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects seeking greater efficiency, reduced maintenance, and improved thermal and acoustic comfort. Its modular design allows for quick, clean, and precise assembly, drastically reducing construction time.
